Position Summary:
The Product Analyst supports the Product Team and their client business processes and operations by maintaining and enhancing existing products and creating new ones. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and technical expertise to work with large datasets, derive insights, and deliver value to stakeholders as well as product management and development experience. The Product Analyst combines operational, technical, and analytic skills with problem-solving and communication abilities. You will collaborate with and work closely with Senior Data Analyst and/or Product Owner(s) to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 1 – 2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL (for analysts), Excel. Exposure to stored procedures is a plus.
- Detail orientation with a strong focus on quality, analytics, and operations.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Analytics Consulting with broad based experience in, managed care, and/or analytics will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to work with global teams across different time-zones.
Preferred:
- Masters in these disciplines OR MBA/PGDM/Equivalent
- Experience in product development, management, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare, payer/provider datasets, and managed care analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Retool, Power BI and Power Query.
