Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer (Fresher) who is passionate about data handling and analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, basic Python programming, and a good understanding of data structures and data processing concepts. This role involves working with large datasets, cleaning, processing, and supporting business teams with data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and validation.
• Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
• Write basic Python scripts for data processing and automation.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting).
• Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation.
• Understanding of data handling and data cleaning techniques.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field (or final-year students can apply).

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets.
