About the department:
The Institutional Client Reporting (ICR) team within Marketing Operations delivers high‑quality reporting for institutional clients across separate accounts and funds. The team partners closely with Performance & Attribution, Portfolio Accounting, Investment teams, Sales, and other groups to ensure accurate, timely client reporting. Team members work collaboratively, apply strong analytical skills, and gain exposure to multiple investment functions while contributing directly to client service excellence.

Core Responsibilities:
- You will deliver scheduled client reports on time and with accuracy.
- You will use reporting platforms to produce automated client reports.
- You will prepare manual reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
- You will follow procedures and escalate issues when required.
- You will maintain strong communication with business partners.
- You will respond promptly to internal queries.
- You will support regulatory reporting requirements.
- You will prepare client meeting materials.
- You will review and validate data to resolve discrepancies.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- You will maintain knowledge of client needs and reporting systems.
- You will support process‑improvement initiatives.
- You will assist in testing new tools and recommending enhancements.
- You will update policies and procedures.
- You will maintain logs and reporting metrics.
- You will align SharePoint tasks with reporting workflows.
- You will participate in cross‑training to support continuity.
What will help you be successful in this role?
Experience, Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 0–2 years in financial services.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Understanding of data confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Knowledge of SharePoint development is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, RPA, or Power BI is an advantage.
