a cell.
Example:
To add data validation:
1. Select the cell or range of cells where you want to apply data validation.
2. Go to the Data tab and click Data Validation.
3. In the Data Validation dialog box, select the type of validation criteria (e.g., whole number,
decimal, list, date).
4. Set the conditions and click OK.
For instance, to allow only numbers between 1 and 100, choose "Whole number" under Allow and
set the Minimum to 1 and Maximum to 100.
