Title: Analyst Data & Insight

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex data to identify trends, outliers, and business performance drivers.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports.

Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and datasets.

Automate reporting and workflows using Power Apps, VBA, and Python.

Use GenAI tools to improve data analysis, insight generation, and reporting efficiency.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, validation, and reporting standards.

Manage the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, from data sourcing to visualization.

Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

Explore predictive analytics, forecasting, and AI-assisted modeling.

Improve BI solutions and promote best practices in analytics and responsible AI usage.
Required Qualifications

0–1 year of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Reporting.

Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.

Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Platform.

Basic proficiency in Python and VBA for automation and analysis.

Familiarity with GenAI tools, prompt design, and AI-generated insight validation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
