Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PowerBI Developer with strong communication skills and analytical capabilities, preferably with experience working with cloud databases, like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Build robust DAX measures and Power Query transformations to support financial and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including cloud environments (GCP preferred).
• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, security, and report automation.
• Support ad-hoc analytics, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Document processes, data flows, and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions in PowerBI.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and relational data modelling.
• Experience working with databases; exposure to GCP tools such as BigQuery and Cloud Storage is a plus.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

• Self-starter with strong ownership and execution ability.
• Effective communicator with documentation-first approach.
• Ability to collaborate with reporting and analytics teams.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Fintech, Analytics, or related field (B-Tech/MCA Preferred)
• Preferably certified in Microsoft PowerBI
