About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Analytics & Insights team. The ideal candidate is passionate about data analytics, data science, machine learning, and AI, and has a strong desire to transform data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Our team works extensively with data cleanrooms, AI, and machine learning to build advanced, privacy-safe, and scalable solutions. This role requires strong technical capability, analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and manipulate data using SQL and Python.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data exploration and statistical analysis.
- Support measurement frameworks, experiments, and attribution analyses.
- Work with data cleanrooms and scalable analytics environments to enable privacy-safe insights.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
- Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, present insights, and support solution delivery.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and integrity across analytical workflows.
Required Technical Skills:
- SQL: Strong proficiency in writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with relational databases.
- Python: Experience with data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy), statistical analysis, and basic machine learning workflows.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
- Analytics & Problem-Solving: Strong logical reasoning, structured thinking, and the ability to break down complex problems.
- Communication: Ability to present insights clearly, influence decision-making, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a similar quantitative/technical field preferred.
- Experience working with big data platforms (BigQuery, Spark, etc.).
- Understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, or measurement frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and modeling.
